The Challenge:

This was a layout challenge with a twist. The instructions specified the dimensions, the amount of words in the title, quote, main content and legal text as well as the dimensions of the picture. I also had to come up with a name and logo for the brochure that was for a juvenile diabetes treatment plan. For Part 1 - I rolled a dice to determine the amount of columns to use in the layout and put it all together. For Part 2, i had to increase the logo size by 5cm and roll the dice again and adjust my layout accordingly. I had 60 minutes to complete this challenge, my heart was racing, and I really enjoyed it.

The Challenge:

This challenge I found interesting as the focus is on whitespace in design. In 60 minutes, I had to create a folder design for a paint company, that had 90% whitespace.
